GOODS & SERVICES TAX (“GST”)

Singapore is expected to increase it Goods & Services Tax (“GST”) as planned from 1 January 2023 from the current 7% to 8%. This hike is only the first of two planned increases as announced in Budget 2022. The second increase from 8% to 9% will take place on 1 January 2024.
