SENIOR ASSOCIATE, CORPORATE RECOVERY & ADVISORY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To assist and perform corporate recovery engagements (such as liquidation, receivership, judicial management etc)
  • To assist and perform advisory services on business strategies based on agreed-upon procedures, due diligence engagements and business advisory.
  • Manage and review work of assistants.
  • To ensure high service standards and reporting deadlines are met.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Diploma in Accountancy or Degree or professional accounting qualifications recognized by ISCA preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good communication and reporting-writing skills
  • Strong technical and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
  • Proactive, committed and able to work under pressure
  • Possess initiative and able to work independently

 

ACCOUNTS (BPO) SENIORS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Team Leader in the execution of work required including and not restricted to the preparation of the clients’ accounts, preparation or review of clients’ quarterly GST returns, etc.
  • Provide guidance to junior staff
  • Ensure firm’s service standards and clients’ reporting deadlines are met
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with public accounting firms or in similar capacity
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Possess good knowledge of GST and FRS
  • Possess working knowledge of Xero and MYOB software preferred
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates and clients)
