TAX SENIOR

Responsibilities

•  Support the manager in managing a portfolio of tax clients, including corporates, individuals, etc.
•  Provide tax compliance services including the timely and accurate preparation of tax computations and Forms for submission to IRAS
•  Provide guidance to junior staff
•  Support the advisory team on tax matters
•  Any other ad-hoc assignments/relevant duties as assigned

Requirements

•  Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualifications recognised by ISCA preferred
•  At least 3 years relevant experience in similar capacity
•  Ability to work proactively, independently and efficiently
•  Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and  Mandarin (in order to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates)
•  An SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage
•  Candidates with relevant experience and pursuing ACCA or other accounting professional qualifications are also welcome to apply

ASSOCIATES, CORPORATE RECOVERY & ADVISORY

Responsibilities

•  To assist and perform corporate recovery engagements (such as liquidation, receivership, judicial management etc)
•  To assist and perform advisory services on business strategies based on agreed-upon procedures, due diligence engagements and business advisory.
•  To ensure high service standards and reporting deadlines are met.

Requirements

•  Diploma in Accountancy or Degree or professional accounting qualifications recognized by ISCA preferred
•  Good communication and reporting-writing skills
•  Strong technical and interpersonal skills
•  Good team player
•  Proactive, committed and able to work under pressure
•  Possess initiative and able to work independently

Responsibilities
