ACUTUS STRENGTHENS ITS CORPORATE RECOVERY & INSOLVENCY DIVISION

23 February 2017 – Acutus is proud to announce the appointment of Ms. Lynn Ong as Director of Corporate Advisory & Insolvency.

Lynn has more than 11 years of experience in corporate advisory and insolvency services with Ferrier Hodgson Pte Ltd and RSM Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd. She is experienced in handling diverse matters such as litigation support, investigation, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, individual voluntary arrangements, receivership and liquidation.

Her industry experience includes construction, retailing, real estate, financial services and manufacturing industry spanning from Singapore to China. Besides insolvency, forensic and litigation support engagements, Lynn also undertook assignments such as corporate governance review and special audits, highlighting corporate governance lapses and internal control weakness. Lynn is familiar with the requirements of the SGX listing manual, the Singapore Companies Act and Code of Corporate Governance.

Prior to joining Acutus, Lynn was with a local bank for 2 years managing its non-performing loan portfolios for SMEs. She was also involved in the negotiation with various stakeholders on the restructuring of non-performing loan.

Lynn is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and an Approved Liquidator registered with Accounting And Corporate Regulatory Authority.
