COVID-19 PANDEMIC

The Covid-19 pandemic continues to have a far-reaching, disruptive impact on businesses.
At Acutus, we are also affected by the ramifications of this pandemic. However, we have taken steps to ensure that our resources are deployed to continue to meet our commitments to you to ensure that you will receive undisrupted services from us.
Our business continuity plan is in place. We remain contactable on the phone from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm during the work week from Monday to Friday. However, due to staff deployment under the business continuity plan, reaching out to us via email may be more effective. For now, there will be no face-to-face meetings. If there is a need to have face time, we strongly encourage the use of video conferencing facilities available on Skype, etc.
